Luxurious place, it has pleasant staff from the general manager all the way down to the maids. The setting is amazing and magnificent, close enough to the city center and train station, main attractions and a quiet area. Florence Historic Centre district is worth looking into. When I am in Florence, I like staying here.

Good setting, very close to historical places, the Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore, and eateries or markets. Brand-new and good standard room with toilet inside as expected.

Magnificent location with historic sites and a cathedral minutes from the place.

Rooms with toilet inside had a quiet atmosphere. The venue's position was central. We stayed for 4 nights here, loved Florence Historic Center district.

The place was spotlessly clean with a super-friendly and pleasant staff from the general manager all the way down to the maids. The breakfast meal was amazing and sensational with especially gluten free, great amount of amazing cakes plus amazing cakes. The location was good and magnificent, for example, Medici Chapel was not too far away from the hotel. Furthermore, the area was fairly quiet. A bus station close to the property was really handy.

Wi-Fi was kind of slow tbh and there was quite hard bed in my room.

I booked single room with much air of clean as well as very nice view. Its marvellous, central location was a plus.

It has marvellous and magnificent location to the central market, in a calm area. There's cool Nabucco Firenze at walking distance from the hotel, make desserts etc. The venue provides marvellous and excellent breakfast with tasty coffee and amazing cakes, for example.

A Pleasant Surprise

Despite some negative reviews, my experience was quite different. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a surprisingly comfortable mattress. The location was definitely a highlight, as it was conveniently close to the major sights of Florence. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. While there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of soundproofing and occasionally slow WiFi, these did not overshadow the overall positive experience. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and pleasant atmosphere.

Our rooms were well decorated with toilet inside. The location was WONDERFUL, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from an art museum.

The hotel was clean and had superbly friendly staff who go above-and-beyond customer service. The location turned out to be favourable and excellent, near to the city center and the Doumo tourist spots, restaurants and all the main sights. It also was close to the sightseeing points.

Very very helpful and helpful staff who go above-and-beyond customer service, rooms were brand-new. Also, location was magnificent and lovely, not very far from a medieval cathedral.
